Job Descriptions

(Mauritius) Looking for Butler for a 5 star luxury hotel

Responsibilities:
• Act as a hotel ambassador, providing a personal service to all VIP guests, fully aware and following the hotel standards and procedures.
• Provide uncompromising levels of cleanliness and abide to all health and safety regulations and other hotel requirements.
• Remain in close contact with guests, by interacting with them whenever possible. 
• Respect the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information.
• Assist and to coordinate the daily activity with the team & Supervisor and to replace him/her whenever needed.
• Personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.
• Manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by resolving it and making sure the guest is satisfied, and recording it.
• Call the Supervisor, Assistant Manager, FOM, DOR for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required. 
• Report all guest comments or complaints.

Requirements:
• Preferred candidate who can speak Russian or Arabic language

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: USD 800 - 1,000 Monthly (Based on experience)
  • Accommodation Allowance: USD 300 Monthly
